I was referred to Scott Schrader through a Professional friend of mine, who recommended him whole heartily, at first I was a little skeptical, but I am very glad that I used Scott, to do some Kitchen and Dining room work, Wow was I glad I used him, he also suggested to me to use a different color of paint to finish with and it was an excellent choice, he did a GREAT job and I have used him for another outside job on my finished lanai. Thanks Scott for an excellent choice and job for my house.

Had Scott replace the siding on my home. I had gotten a few quotes from various companies and while Scott was not the cheapest, I am so glad I went with Schrader Contracting. Scott took so much time assessing my home (which is almost 100 years old) and making sure everything was done right-he goes above and beyond what is required of him. You can tell in his craftsmanship and the quality of his work. He is very skilled, kind, and thorough every step of the way. My home looks amazing and it is all thanks to Schrader contracting! I would use him for future projects in a heartbeat.

Scott Schrader recently completely remodeled my kitchen. I was very impressed with his professionalism and work. Scott was always positive and personable during the entire process and had patience as we often changed our plans. He assisted us in smoothing out the design process and offered multiple suggestions from his experience. The electrician, plumber and cabinet maker were all very experienced and professional. Scott's associate, Jake, did an awesome job with everything. I confidently recommend Schrader Home Improvement for any home improvement project. My kitchen looks fantastic and we even came in a little under budget!

Scott was incredible to work with. We met with him to correct a water intrusion issue at our house and he laid out a specific plan to correct the problem which included, a french drain system, acid washing and sealing our foundation and adjusting our gutter system to prevent water from entering our house. Keep in mind this was right after Hurricane Milton and I am sure he had other work to complete. Within a few weeks of meeting with Scott and Aaron they started and completed the job. His communication throughout the entire process was second to none and he answered any question I had while the work was being done. They were meticulous throughout the entire job and made sure all my questions were answered. In addition, they offer a warranty backing their work. If you need a contractor, he is your guy. Thank you, Scott.

Scott was wonderful to work with and provided a top-notch service. He is very professional and attentive. I had a very difficult project that numerous people declined or didn’t have the knowledge or skillset to complete the job.  It was a very stressful job for me, and Scott always communicated the ins-and-outs of the job, gave status updates, worked around my schedule to complete things in the least disruptive fashion but in a timely manner, and kept a clean worksite at the end of workdays. It was not a cheap endeavor for me, but as they say you get what you pay for, and Scott’s work was top notch and done right; I was very impressed with the quality of work and the solutions to my difficult project.  I highly recommend Scott’s services for anyone that wants great customer service, quality work and attention to detail.

Scott Schrader is the finest General Contractor I have ever worked with. He and his crew are always professional, very accommodating and leave a spotless job site every time. I first contacted Scott about nine years ago when I needed a handicapped accessible bathroom for my sister who lived with me. He built her a beautiful bathroom that was perfect for her needs, right down to the pink handle on the linen closet! Next, he installed two hurricane doors, one to my lanai and the other in the garage. (Note: the manufacturer built the lanai door facing the wrong direction. Scott replaced that at his own expense!!). Then, he spent a great deal of time installing a whole-house generator in my yard, including extending the gas line and building a base for the unit. He has come to my rescue putting up and taking down my hurricane shutters many times. I would absolutely recommend my friend Scott to anybody who wants a job done right the first time by a real craftsman. Scott, you are the best! Thank you!

I contacted Scott about a project that involved the outdoor installation of a mid century fireplace I restored. Scott was excellent. Very fair and upfront pricing and constant communication about the acquisition of the necessary parts (he’s a master of sourcing), the fabrication of necessary components, and the installation schedule. He’s meticulous about the work and keeping his workspace clear. He is easy to talk to (not condescending, open to ideas, creative) and really wants the homeowner to be happy…it’s clearly what makes him happy. I’m beyond happy. This is your guy…look no further.

We hired Scott based on the positive reviews from others here, although we did get other bids. Scott did not disappoint, and we’re thrilled we did not go with another company. He poured a foundation, he installed the generator, the wiring and gas lines he installed were clean and neat, not noticeable at ALL. He built a protection wall around that matched the house exactly and looked like it was there the whole time. He re-routed any landscape irrigation needed. He replaced sod and added mulch. He painted the wall and touched up anything needed, then cleaned everything up after the job. What does this all mean? It means he cares, and that he treated our house like it was his own, leaving no detail unattended, even the smallest!!! His associate Aron was awesome too. Their work was consistent, professional, detailed and extremely well executed. My only regret is that we didn’t know of Scott years ago. We could have avoided some shoddy jobs in the past. Don’t hesitate to hire Scott. On a 1 to 10 scale, this job was a 12 for sure. Thank you Scott.
